When is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free on orders of $61 or more in physical items. Hub Pass members get free 2-day shipping on every order.
How does the saved list work?
Tap the heart on a homepage product to save it for later. Your saved list stays in this browser, and you can add everything on it to your cart at once.
How fast do orders ship?
Orders ship within one business day. Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days, express 2, and next-day 1 if you order by 1 PM Eastern time.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, where required. Sales tax is shown at checkout before you pay. Gift cards are never taxed.
How do returns work?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery for a prepaid label on eligible items. Refunds go back to your original payment method at the price you paid after any discount.
When do gift cards arrive?

Contact us anytime to cancel Hub Pass. You get a full refund within 14 days if no benefit was used.
